Visitor ConditionsNIAUSI Facilities, Civita di BagnoregioWe are delighted that you will be staying at the NIAUSI facilities in Civita. The NIAUSI "Member Stay" Program rewards Members for contributions to NIAUSI by allowing those Members to stay at the NIAUSI facilities. Your contributions support NIAUSI facilities operations, restoration efforts and programs. By staying in these facilities, you agree to the following: Cleaning, Loss and Damage. The facilities shall be left in the same conditions in which they were found upon your arrival. The costs for any property damage, items missing or costs for unusual cleaning will be assessed and such costs will be billed to you. You agree to promptly pay NIAUSI for all such costs. Act Responsibly. You recognize that the facilities are historic buildings, rustic in nature and not necessarily constructed to modern codes or safety standards. You acknowledge that you have a duty to exercise caution in the use of the facilities and that you shall be responsible for looking after the safety of your party, especially children staying with you. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NIAUSI, its Directors, Tony Heywood, NIAUSI agents and employees against all claims for damages to any of your belongings, and/or for losses or injuries sustained by you or any member of your party. Access. Anyone with authority granted by NIAUSI may have access to the facilities during your stay, for repairs and other access. This is unlikely to happen, but if it does, you will be provided as much warning as is practical. Cancellations by Members. It is very important that Members who reserve spaces at the NIAUSI facilities provide advance notice to NIAUSI if they must cancel their reservation, so that we can accommodate other Members. If you cancel a reservation for any reason, you must notify us in writing, by e-mail, fax or post. The following cancellation charges will apply: 1. If written notice is provided to NIAUSI more than 30 days before your start date: No charge. 2. Notice provided 30 days or less to start date: 50% of the reserved Member Stay benefit is forfeited. 3. On start date (or for early departure): 100% of the total reserved Member Stay benefit is forfeited. Cancellations by NIAUSI. We may cancel a reservation at any time before the date begins and would expect to do this only in the event of an emergency such as essential building or repair work, or for some other reason unforeseen by us at the time your stay was arranged. In this very unlikely event we will credit any Member Stay benefits in connection with the arrangement, but will not have any liability beyond this, and without limitation of the foregoing, will not have any liability for travel costs incurred by you in relation to the cancelled stay.
